Zimpl is a comprehensive keyboard application designed for iPhone and iPad users, aiming to enhance typing efficiency through adaptive and intuitive features. Gesture-based Quick Actions allow for streamlined interaction: pressing and holding on a key grants access to predicted words and additional functions. Users can swipe in four directions—up, down, left, or right—to navigate through options, lifting the finger to confirm selections, facilitating a seamless typing experience.

Regarding vocabulary organization, each letter key is associated with a predefined set of words that begin with that letter. These words are consistently located in the same position, enabling users to memorize and recall them effortlessly over time.

The adaptive dictionaries feature continuously analyze user language patterns to build a personal vocabulary database. As usage increases, the dictionary adapts, resulting in more accurate predictions and tailored suggestions.

Emoji and smiley support are integrated for quick insertion using a dedicated Smiley-key, allowing expressive communication without disrupting the typing flow.

Zimpl supports multiple languages, with options to download dictionaries and keyboard layouts for various languages, including Arabic, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Icelandic, Indonesian, Italian, Northern Sami, Norwegian, Spanish, and Swedish. Additional languages are added as they become available.

Themes enable customization of the keyboard’s appearance. Users can select from included themes to personalize their typing environment.
